Personalized training sessions with Crystal fit to your specific goal. Whether you want to improve your lifting technique, work on specific lifts or skills, or start a new program, Crystal can help you reach your goal!

DISTANCE COACHING

Crystal will design a training program tailored to your specific goal – whether you want to get stronger, lose body fat, or improve your weaknesses for competition or personal health. You will get weekly/monthly e-mails (depending on the package you choose) and will get weekly video analysis of lifts so Crystal can make any necessary adjustments and give feedback on your progress.

GROUP TRAINING

Have a group of people interested in working out together (3-5 people)? Crystal offers boot-camp style classes for small groups. Contact her for more details on how to arrange this!
